Hello, I’m Maria, founder of Curated Kitchen. Cooking has been the throughline of my life for over a decade, shaped by experiences in diverse kitchens across different cities, countries and cultures. These experiences taught me that the most memorable meals are rooted in care, intention, and respect for ingredients.

 

I created Curated Kitchen to bring together chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds who share that same philosophy. Our goal is to deliver elevated, restaurant-quality meals into the home—food that is nourishing, beautifully executed, and made to fit real life. Each chef brings their own voice and expertise, while upholding the same standards of quality and craftsmanship. We believe exceptional meals should feel both refined and deeply comforting.

 

We cook almost everything from scratch using local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Sustainability, flavor, and attention to detail guide every dish, ensuring each meal feels thoughtful, personal, and effortlessly elevated.
